Doodle of the Day 2022
My New Year’s Resolution for 2022 was to try to become more adept with digital art, specifically through my iPad with Procreate. I challenged myself to create one doodle or drawing per day all year. I was able to include #Inktober, the annual drawing challenge hosted in October online, as well as an advent calendar of sorts counting down to Christmas.
I am honestly so glad I challenged myself to do this. It originally began as a way for me to justify the purchase of an iPad, but it turned into something more. I was able to explore my art style and see what worked for me, learning how to use Procreate along the way. Each day in 2022 now has a link to some doodle of some sort, whether or not it was bad. See some of my favorites below!
At the end of the year, I compiled each doodle into one reel and shared it to mark a successful year.
